Hello Jordanclavert-dr, thanks for posting on the Community page, Can you please try refreshing the data in the app see if this resolves it if not can you please try fully uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again see if that resolves it for you.

ios
1. Go to menu (three lines going down in a line) and tap Help & Feedback
2. tap Refresh Data. Note: A message appears "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest Quickbooks \Online data, you can refresh it now. It may Take a few mintues"
3. Tap Refresh to confirm
Android
1. Go to Menu (three lines going down in a line) then tap More options (three dots going down in a line).
2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm

I selected 'Menu' as you suggested but there is no option of 'Help and Feedback' only a bunch of headings with other options underneath including 'Transactions' 'Sales' 'Expenses' 'Mileage' 'Products and services' and 'Reports'.
There is then also 'Attachments, Help, Request a feature' and 'Into account & settings'. When I select 'Help' it just gives the options of 'Articles and support' and 'Ask QB assistant a question'
Please could you direct me to the correct place?

Hello Jordancalvert-dr, so turns out it has been changed now looking into it more, you cant refresh the data in the account, what you will need to do is just uninstall the app and then reinstall it, which will do the same thing.

I have reinstalled the app, reconnected my accounts etc and made sure everything is set up again, but it is still lumping the majority of my June income into May for some reason and again only on my phone and not on my laptop. Any more ideas?
