I understand the importance of having accurate and up-to-date information displayed on the sales forms. To address the issue, let's ensure that the updated information is correctly entered in the Customer-facing address section. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and settings and go to the Company tab,
- Scroll down to Customer-facing address, then click the Edit icon.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Hit Save, then Done.
We'll also have to review the address fields on the invoice template by following these steps:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Custom form styles.
- Open the template, then head to the Content tab.
- Head to the Header section, then update the address as needed.
- Tap Done to save the changes.
After that, try printing a sample invoice again. If the same thing happens, we can perform some troubleshooting procedures. Sometimes, the accumulated site data in the system get outdated causing display problems.
Start by accessing your company through a private or incognito window. Utilizing this mode prevents internet files from being stored. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If that works, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. This should prompt the system to fetch the most recent data. Alternatively, we can switch to other supported browsers.
