I appreciate you for adding more details about the feature you need. I'm here to help you import bulk payments into QuickBooks Online.
Currently, a turnaround time for the feature release is unavailable. As a workaround, you can check for a third-party app that offers import service for customer payments.
I've checked our QuickBooks Apps section and found some applications related to importing data. Though we can't suggest which one is best to use, you can visit these links for more details about the features:
I appreciate your input about being able to upload data directly in QuickBooks. While we assess this, I also recommend sending your feedback directly to our product engineers. They might consider bringing this feature in future updates for the product.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Hit Next.
