We haven't received reports from other users concerning the issue happening on your end. Are you getting an error prompt when performing the process?
Let's also try creating a new customer through the Customers section by following these steps:
- On the left panel, click Invoicing.
- Go to the Customers tab.
- Click New customer.
You can also perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate the problem. Let's start with logging into your account using a private browser.
I'm adding the shortcut keys below depending on the type of browser you're using:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. I also recommend you try to use a different supported browser to check if the cause of the issue is system or browser related.
If all fails, please proceed with reaching out to one of our Support Specialists. One of them will need to check your account in a more secure environment and perform an additional test to fix it.
