Can the sales on Shopify automatically transfer through to Quickbooks as a sale? If so how please??

Thanks for visiting the Community for the first time, @alansweldingltd-. You can use a third-party app that helps you connect Shopify with QuickBooks to easily export all of your sales instantly with just one click. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company, then select Apps on the left menu.
2. In the Find Apps page, type in the search box “Shopify.”
3. Choose the third-party app that fits your preference.
4. On the App page, click on the Get app now button.
5. Follow on-screen instructions and confirm.

There you go. It also generates invoices instantly for a QuickBooks Online customer as soon as a new Shopify order is created.
