Account-related issues, such as cancellation and subscription charges, need us to gather personal data. For security purposes, we can't have your billing information displayed in the Community. I recommend you get in touch with our QBO Care Team since they can open your account in a safe environment. One of our specialists can provide in detail about the status of the £35.97 charge.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
- From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
- Enter the issue or topic and then hit the Let’s talk button.
- Select Start a chat or Call us.
