Hello Chris, so the accounting section in the account and settings section doesn’t affect the tax section. You have to change it within the taxes section and whatever obligations HMRC are expecting will then show up on the taxes section in QuickBooks for you to then submit.
Hi Angelyn,
I have attempted the same by navigating to the accounting section, but the system does not provide me with any alternatives. I have signed in from admin user / master user…
Please check snapshot…. By default, I have 2 options – ‘Same as financial year’ and ‘January’.
I have also noticed that if I change the month of financial year to any other month, the system still provide 2 options - January and Same as financial year or January.
Thanks
Chris
