Hi, I'm trying to integrate QBO with Zettle, but Zettle says I need to activate my VAT first. We provide educational services which are nonVAT.. How do we do this?

I want to make sure you can integrate QuickBooks Online (QBO) with Zettle.

You can connect your Zettle account to QBO by just entering your QuickBooks login details. However, since you're prompt to activate your VAT, I recommend reaching out to the Zettle support team. This way, they can help bypass the option and continue connecting your Zettle account to QBO without activating the VAT.

settle can not handle VAT, we are using them but they are disappointing as they can only handle ex vat sales, so we cant use them in our stores, or you have to export all your items WITH VAT, which we cant do, as all our items are kept EX VAT just lie other businesses
