In other for you to record your historical tax payments, you'll want to record your transactions first. After that, your VAT Return will reflect on the VAT page, where you can mark it as filed, and then you will have an option to record its payment. On the other hand, if you've already filed and paid a later VAT return in QuickBooks, you'll need to contact our phone and chat support to un-file and un-pay it first. This is to give way to the prior VAT to show on the VAT page, so you can mark it as filed and paid.
- Click on Help and choose Contact us.
- Enter a short description of your concern and click on Let's talk.
- Choose from Chat or Get a callback.
