How do I resubmit FPS for May 2024 from Quickbooks. The original FPS was submitted outside of Quickbooks.

You can resubmit your FPS for May 2024 in the Payroll Tax section, @zayyarhtut. Let me show you how to do this.

When submitting an FPS in QuickBooks Online, you must create and run a payroll for May. Once your payroll is completed, you will be prompted to submit your FPS.

Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll.
2. Select the Payroll tax.
3. Enter your Government Gateway credentials to verify your HMRC information.
4. If you want QuickBooks to send the FPS every time you run payroll, select Submit FPS automatically to HMRC.
5. If you're submitting late, choose the reason for the late submission.
6. Select Submit.
