Hey accountsinfo,
As John mentioned above we wouldn't reccommend using only one licence for multiple companies as the subscriptions are designed to be for one business entity and can only produce one VAT return and trail balance for end of year accounts.
Thanks
Hi Denise81
We don't recommend using one subscription, you can of course set the 3 companies up under class and run P&L's by class however you are not able to run Trial Balance and General Ledger reports by class.
Hi John,
Is it necessary to have a subscription or licence for each company? I administer many and would prefer one multi-company licence as this is pretty expensive.
Kind regards
Jo

Consider using a QuickBooks Desktop instead. You can manage unlimited company files. You can deploy a private cloud to access your local file by internet.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
