Vat 100 Report

Hi,

I have gone onto my account today to reconcile my bank statement and My VAT 100 payment is not there to select and pay. This is the second time this has happened.

Does anyone have any comments?

Vat 100 Report

We appreciate you for sharing your concern here in the Community, Black Tree Properties. I can share information about your VAT 100 payment not appearing when you're trying to reconcile your account.

Beforehand, please be informed that QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has already been discontinued in your region. Your existing company file no longer supports the features that require an internet connection. In this manner, your QBDT can only be used for recording purposes.

If you want to continue using the QuickBooks features, you might want to consider subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) instead.

Going back, you can try to verify and rebuild your data in QBDT. Verifying your company file helps locate some company data issues. Meanwhile, rebuilding would fix the damages and resolve the software's unusual behavior.

Nonetheless, if you're using QBO and your VAT 100 payment is not showing, we can try to troubleshoot your regular browser. Doing so could help us verify if some browser data are causing this matter to occur.

To start, let's open your account using a private browser. It restricts websites from using cookies and doesn't record any data history. To proceed, kindly follow the keyboard shortcut keys below:

  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If your VAT 100 payment is now visible using the incognito session, confirms that there's an issue with your regular browser. We can fix this by clearing your cache and cookies.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser.

Finally, I've added this link that contains articles that can help you manage your taxes seamlessly in QBO: Taxes - QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to return to this thread should you have additional concerns with your VAT in QuickBooks. We'll get back to you right away.
