Could you please elaborate on what you mean by 'drop'? Can the user no longer access the account?

No she can't, and I have tried setting her up again, but it says that the user ID is already used. Then I have tried adding her again using another email address but it goes through the process of signing in to Quickbook Online and then it says that QuickBooks Online is not open and to select another option. We have also tried to recover, however this sends you in the same circular procedure. Getting very annoyed.

It brings up the quickbooks page saying that the option isn't available to her and to select another option such as QuickBooks self-employed etc..., another option was to recover, which we have also tried. Therefore she has been unable to sign into quickbooks. I don't understand why her user was there one day and gone the next as I wasn't at work yesterday to do that myself, that must have come from your end.

The company has no facebook or twitter account.
