I tested to see if I can export the Trial balance report properly in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to check if we have a current issue with it. I was able successfully to do so. In this case, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate why you are not able to.
To determine if the cause of this issue is the browser's cache, please try using a private browser or an incognito window.
- For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If values appear on the report when exporting, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. You can check out this article for the detailed steps: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files.
That will do the trick. You shouldn't have any further issues after following these steps.
