Having real issues connecting my account to Quickbooks & no one can seem to help. It is pretty useless to me at the moment. Tried using Chrome, cleared the cache - checked with HSBC and they have no issues their end. It just doesn't want to pull through the information for some reason. Is it possible to talk to a human being rather than via chat / email as it is just a complete waste of time. Weeks are now going by, and I am paying for a system that I cannot use. I don't want to have to upload a .csv file with my bank transactions as I might as well just use Excel ![]()
