I'm here to share information about your concern about being unable to open the bank feeds after upgrading to Quickbooks Desktop 2023.

 

As mentioned by one of my colleagues above, AileneA, problems with data integrity frequently bring on unusual behavior. To pinpoint the problem, I advise running the Verify Rebuild tool. This procedure checks your file for flaws and immediately fixes them. Check this article as your reference for the steps: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

I recommend downloading the QuickBooks Tool Hub and performing the Quick Fix my Program to resolve the problem if it still exists. For the entire procedure, please see this link: Repair your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.

 

When everything is fine, you can reconcile an account in QuickBooks Desktop to match your bank accounts.
