Hello Suzanne, Thanks for posting on the Community page, so do you have a  US  pay pal account yes and also a UK Pay pal account yes on your QB account so you could just record a bank transfer for money movement. If the payment has been recorded to the US pay pal in the QB account then you just go to the payment of the transaction and then change the bank account and then close and save.
