Since this issue requires secure, real-time access to your account, I encourage you to contact our Live Support team again,  as they can check this further through screensharing to identify the root cause of the issue. They can also guide you on the next steps you need to take.

 

Meanwhile, you can download them as a CSV file from your bank and upload them manually into QuickBooks. This method can save you the trouble of entering each transaction individually.

 

Please post in the Community forum again for more questions, and we'll respond promptly.
