We can manually track the funds from one bank account to the other one by using the Transfer feature. This way, it will show in your register the money movement from your current account to the deposit account.

Here's how:

1. Click the New plus icon on the left menu.
2. Tick Transfer under Other.
3. Select the bank account that the funds are coming out in the Transfer Funds From field.
4. Choose the bank account the funds are being deposited in the Transfer Funds To field.
5. Enter the amount in the Transfer Amount field.
6. Type the details in the Memo field on what's the description of the transfer transaction.
7. Hit Save and close.
