Next time let it expire then renew the account connection. The mobile app seems to have an issue on renewing so just do it in a normal browser once the connection has expired. While this is not a fix it will work and no duplicates or drama except on the day the connection dies.  I do this and may way works 100% while it not be the best, it is a hassle on the day the connection breaks as I always seem to need something that day but least it is only a couple of mins to reconnect.
