Hi Patrick,

 

I understand your concern about privacy and central control of financial information within your company. It's important to note that your employees need Admin level access to create payroll. However, this also means they have visibility into bank balances on the Dashboard. If your employees do not require access to payroll, you can set them up as a standard user with limited access. When you add a new standard user, you'll see what they can or can't do on the screen. To view full user roles and access rights, click here
