You can book a support call by selecting the Help panel and connecting with an expert. Please note that setting up a callback is available on Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A support expert will call you as soon as one is available.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Help icon located in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.
2. Click on Search and enter a keyword in the search field.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Select Get a callback.
