QuickBooks Desktop uses dynamic ports to communicate with any other application program. To view the dynamic port number, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Windows Start menu.
2. Search for QuickBooks Database Server Manager and open it.
3. Go to the Port Monitor tab and find your QuickBooks version.

I'd also recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team to investigate this error message and help you fix it. 

Here are the steps:

1. Go to Help > QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
3. From the Contact Us page, select any topics.
4. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.
