I replied to this but I was told my sign in was not recognised, so I am trying again. I have wasted a lot of time on this and I will warn you my patience is running thin!
I use QBO on Chrome and for the last week or so when sending an invoice, I press "send and new" and the invoice that pops up is not blank, but the one I have just sent. I cannot type over this as I get another error (I am already using QBO and my work will not be saved). I have to come out completely and then open up Customers again to create a new invoice. I have cleared my cache twice and it's made no difference. Any help gratefully appreciated!
