Currently, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-100869) about the snap receipts not working correctly for QBO mobile. As a workaround, I suggest uploading your receipts from your computer or Google Drive.
I understand the importance of snap receipts for your business. At this time, it's best to contact our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you will be notified as soon as a solution is available.

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
