Thank you for getting back here in the thread, obi123. Allow me to provide more information about the limitations of sending emails in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If your subscription is new, for the first 30 days and the trial version of QBO, you have a limit of 100 emails.
If it has been more than a month, you may need to perform basic troubleshooting on your web browser by clearing the cache to identify the cause of the issue.
As a workaround, download the invoice and then send it outside QuickBooks. I'll show you how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online account.
- On the upper left side, go to +New.
- Select Invoice and open the specific invoice you need.
- On the lower part of your screen, click Print and Download.
- This will open another tab, then click the download arrow dropdown to save the invoice.
