To get rid of the prompt, let's go ahead and isolate this issue by performing the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Acess your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using an incognito or private browser. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  2. If you’re able to able to access your account without seeing the prompt, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  3. If the issue persists, you can use other web browsers.
  4. Also, to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Self-Employed you can use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.
