I want to ensure you can integrate Stripe to QBO and add a direct debit button for invoices. Currently this is not a feature in Quickbooks Online UK but I recommend posting this question to the Intuit Developer Forum.

This is where product experts and engineers are working with customers with application integration concerns. If you are looking to create your own app integration they can help with that.

Alternatively you can look at the third party apps available in the app store here  just make sure the flag is set to UK. We need to advise as they are third party apps there will be cost involved to the third party but most have trial periods which are free.

If you're looking at payments integration for customers receiving your invoices you may want to look at Paypal or Go Cardless on the apps page as they are the 2 current integrations for invoice payments we have.
