If you would like to attach the actual certificate to the return, and you have the certificate saved to your computer, then when you mark the period as filed you would locate the 'Filed VAT' journal in the VAT suspense account within the chart of accounts, select/click the line entry, select edit, select attachments, add the file and save and close.
