The time has arrived: QuickBooks has evolved into a more powerful AI-enabled platform designed to take accounting and bookkeeping to the next level. With groundbreaking features, including AI agents, a reimagined interface, and tools that simplify everything from bookkeeping to compliance, the new QuickBooks on the Intuit platform is here to help you and your clients save hours every month.

Get work done your way in a powerful new experience

QuickBooks is now bigger and better than ever, offering a powerful, AI-driven platform that simplifies your workflows and puts your practice at the centre of client success.

With access to a refreshed, customisable dashboard, accountants and bookkeepers can handle the critical jobs that matter most, from reviewing transactions to surfacing key financial insights, all in one place. Your personalised business feed displays automated tasks completed by AI Agents, actionable suggestions, and recommendations for what to focus on next to enhance client outcomes.

The new QuickBooks platform experience is now the default for all new customers. Gradually, your clients will automatically be switched to the new platform in the coming weeks. For now, you have the option to switch back to the former version of QuickBooks, but soon it will no longer be available.

During the transition to the new QuickBooks platform, rest assured that QuickBooks AI Agents will seamlessly work across both the old and new QuickBooks experiences.

• Streamlined categorisation, day or night: Available on all QuickBooks plans, AI enabled bank feeds suggests categories and matches transactions using past data, learning over time so bank reconciliations become faster and more accurate.
• Get feedback whenever you need it: For clients on QuickBooks Essentials, Plus and Advanced, AI enabled collaboration [BETA] facilitates communication within QuickBooks between you and your client to collect the details you need, eliminating lengthy email chains.
• Get time back with more accurate books: For clients on QuickBooks Plus and Advanced, AI powered anomaly detection identifies anomalies in balance sheets and profit and loss reports, surfaces detailed explanations, and guides you on how to fix them. You stay in control, deciding whether to take action.

The Finance Agent, available in QuickBooks Advanced, helps you drive profitability, get performance insights, and plan for your client’s future. It provides tailored summaries of key performance metrics found in Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.

This agent analyses your client’s data against budgets and forecasts, uncovering risks and trends early. When something is off track, it surfaces actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring you're equipped to guide clients toward better decisions.

The Project Management Agent, available in QuickBooks Advanced, saves your clients time by automating project setup. It automatically creates draft projects with pre-filled details like project name, customer information, start/end dates, and customised fields to ensure high accuracy and reduced manual entry.

The new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Customer Hub helps your clients nurture customer relationships, from leads to loyal repeat business, all in one place.

• Leads at your fingertips: Available in QuickBooks Plus and Advanced, the Customer Agent connects to your clients’ inboxes to identify and prioritise leads. It drafts personalised emails to respond faster to opportunities, freeing up time for other critical tasks.
• Never miss a follow-up: Available on all QuickBooks plans, your clients can manage customer information in one place and easily prioritise their workload. They can sort tasks by project, customer, or due date to stay organised for next steps. With filters and custom fields, they can leverage a 360-degree view of their work with each customer, including notes, contracts, signatures, and feedback.
• Track leads and repeat business you can count on: Available on QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, and Advanced, your clients can manage leads throughout the sales cycle, turning customer requests and referrals into future work opportunities to grow revenue. They can enable their customers to request follow-up work and schedule tasks proactively, giving them confidence in their future revenue.
• Close deals with confidence: For QuickBooks Plus and Advanced users, clients can quickly send and store contracts, as well as collect e-signatures from customers—all within QuickBooks.
