You can focus on providing strategic insights to your clients and growing your practice, while Intuit's AI agents take on tedious work for you to approve. In addition, guide clients to grow their customer relationships, from leads to loyalists, all within QuickBooks.

Currently, AI Agents (Excl. Sales Tax AI Agent): While available in all QuickBooks-supported languages, the agent’s output will be English-only at launch. Localization for other languages will roll out gradually thereafter.

The new Accounting Agent suggests categories and helps match transactions. It also flags anomalies, suggests corrections, and streamlines communication with your client about transactions that need more context.

The Accounting Agent identifies potential anomalies in your financial reports, and guides you on how to fix them. You stay in control, deciding whether to take action.

Drive profitability, get performance insights, and plan for your client’s future. The new Finance Agent analyzes your client’s data against financial plans and alerts you to specific insights if things are off track.

The new Project Management Agent saves your clients time by automatically drafting new projects with key details prefilled, so you and your clients can focus on delivering results instead of entering data.

Help clients find and respond faster to new leads

Your client’s new Customer Agent helps prioritize leads and drafts personalized responses your client can send right away. It automatically sources leads from your client’s Gmail or Outlook inbox, composes responses for approval, and keeps track of opportunities in the sales cycle so they don’t have to.

You’ll see all the new features, along with a streamlined view of clients’ work, in a customizable dashboard and reimagined interface. This updated experience provides quick access to key business tools and third-party integrations in one place.

For instance, from the business feed, you’ll get a snapshot of agents’ completed automated tasks for your review and approval, plus suggestions and recommendations for what to focus on next. It’s your new home base for efficiency and a place where you can help ensure every job is done right.

Note: The new QuickBooks interface is now the default experience. For a limited time, you or your clients may opt to use the classic experience. However, all users will eventually be moved to the new experience. AI agents, the business feed, and the Customer Hub are available in both experiences.
