When experiencing a QuickBooks App crash/freeze, the first step is to uninstall/reinstall the app. You can also install it on a different device to see if the issue happens on both devices.
If the issue persists after reinstalling the app, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team to investigate this behavior.
- Click the Help icon.
- Select the Search tab. Then, Contact Us.
- Choose a general topic where your concern falls. Or, click Ask about something else.
- Explain your issue in words. Once done, tap Continue.
- Pick how you want to connect with us: Chat or Callback.
