Can you share with me the name of your financial institution? If it's Barclays bank, certain bank features are only available after 10 days of registering for mobile banking. You'll get an OBA19 or OBA28 error code if you try to use a specific feature within those 10 days.
As a workaround, you can log in to your QuickBooks account using your computer or mobile browser. From there, you can reauthorize your bank permission. You'll need to utilize the PINsentry token to connect your bank successfully.

- The account I'm trying to reauthorise is a Barclays account.
- 10 days have passed and it still won't update transactions. The pop up says I may have to wait up to 4 days.

If you used PINsentry to access your online banking, you can change the authentication process on how QuickBooks connects to passcode and memorable phrases. This way, you won't have to wait for another 10 days to reauthorise your bank connection. I'll show you the step-by-step process.
Step 1:Login to Barclays Online Banking:
Step 2: Disconnect Barclays account in QuickBooks:
Before disconnecting your bank account, please ensure there's no pending transaction under the For Review tab.
Step 3: Reconnect Barclays bank account:
This should do the trick, you can now use your app to access your banking page.

Thanks for the reply. I've followed the instructions and the account still won't sync transaction. In fact, it doesn't show at all anymore as I removed it, as per the instructions, and now it won't re-add it.
I'm with Barclays.
I was still getting the OBA28 message almost a month after the account first needed to be reauthorised. So it's been way longer than the 4 days the message say it might take to reauthorise and almost 3 times as long as the 10 days you said I may need to wait. Having removed the account and attempted to re-add it. The OBA28 message continues to pop up, but the account isn't there at all anymore.
I remember this being a pain before, but it eventually worked. What is the issue here? I have another bank account linked toQuickBooks which reauthorises no problem.
I'm not sure I can continue like this for much longer. Any help appreciated!
