Your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account remains unchanged, Douglas. You can still log in and access all your data as usual.
It's important to note that existing users will not be automatically transitioned to QuickBooks Sole Trader (QBST). You'll need to upgrade to QBST or choose from other QuickBooks Online (QBO) plans that suit your needs.
Before making the transition, make sure to download and save your reports and accounting information, as you will no longer have access to your old account after the upgrade process is complete.

Regarding your inquiry about the help chat facility, it still exists in your QBSE account but is available only from Monday-Friday, 6 AM-6 PM PT. Alternatively, you can connect with an expert by following these steps:
- Go to this link.
- Select QuickBooks Self-Employed and enter your concern.
- Click Continue and follow the instructions to connect with an expert.
