The process for cancelling a QuickBooks Online subscription or trial depends on where you signed up. If you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to cancel through it. 

If you purchased directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
3. Hover to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
4. If QuickBooks was purchased through a mobile app store, the Subscriptions and billing tab may not be visible. 
5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel trial.

If your subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad), you may follow the official steps to cancel a subscription from Apple. If purchased through the Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets), you cancel a subscription from Google.

On the other hand, you can switch between company files on QuickBooks Online to ensure you can log in to the correct account.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings, then under Profile, select Switch Company.
2. From the list, choose the company you want to switch to.
