It's good to know that you’ll be using QuickBooks now, kingdecoruk!
We do not import data directly from Wave, but you can save your list of customers, suppliers, accounts, and sales items in Excel in a CSV format and import them into QuickBooks.
About your transactions, you can connect your bank and credit card accounts to download them onto the Banking page. Then, match, categorise and add them to your books.
Please note that connecting accounts will only download transactions within the last 90 days. Anything older can be downloaded from your bank's website in a QBO or CSV format and uploaded onto the Banking page. For CSV, be sure it's correctly formatted as well.
You can also upload the transactions listed below, but please do it first before adding transactions from the Banking page to avoid duplicates.
Lastly, you may find third-party apps to import your data from Wave if you want to take a shortcut. The apps may charge you for their services.
Feel free to comment below if you have more questions. Take care!
hi @kingdecoruk ,
Due to there is no free migration service for QBO UK, there are two options:
1. You may consider using a 3rd party data migration tools (like TP) for lower cost.

OR
2. Purchase a migration service if you don't have time doing it by yourselves.
Hello ! I can advise you to use Business Importer app, it will save your time. It imports your data from Excel sheets to QBO, it is much more faster than type each transaction manually. It has free trial and magic revert button to erase info without any damage for your account.
