Is anyone else having problems since yesterday? Unable to load login page for QOL, have cleared all history, cookies, caches and restarted the devices

I have tried three different devices - mac, ipad, iphone, and have a workaround using chrome, but this is not workable long term.  I notice that the mobile app has also had updates as had to restart and resignin.

Chrome is now also not working correctly, it loads some things but nothing to dow tih customers which is pretty essential for the service i'm paying for!
I can't find anyway to logon to the online chat for help as the login page won't load

The only phone number for help is office hours.

Managed to find a way to a chat window through Chrome and got some support.  The usual it must be cookies and browser.

We tried in Google which allowed me to get to login but would load customers, reports, vat, etc.  so tried incognito window wouldn't get to login.

We went back to safari and tried private window which successfully logged me in and is genetrally working.  now it's doing the same as google and won't load bank transactions.

Both browsers are up to date and both have all caches, cookies cleared (numerous times through this process).  Bit rubbish to be told that it's a caching issue and i must keep them up to date when that still hasn't resolved the issue and it's clear software updates happened yesterday! (Big giveaway with all the prompts on the menu!!!)
I Still can't access the mobile app on my ipad (Tells me session is expired and then sits on exit)

I can access mobile on my phone but it doesn't have all the functionaility i need to do my business.

 

So been told they have to monitor the issue. Really really unimpressed!

Already did all that by finally managing to get to chat online through google.
Bit hard trying to get support when phones aren't available (outside office hours) and struggling to get logged in in the first place!
 
Current situation
Able to login via Safari private window (Latest version all caches and cookies cleared) - but not all functionality works (Cannot load get things done or Bank Transactions)
Able to login via Chrome public window (Latest version all caches and cookies cleared) - but not all functionality works (Cannot get customers, reports, vat,)
Able to login to mobile app on phone
Not able to login mobile app on ipad

Come back to check and now the only thing i can login to is the community!

Can no longer get passed. login from google or safari private or public

Managed to get in Safari, private window after 3 attempts, using as required and then try to select Sales and the whole thing stops working again.

Can't help thinking you've included various security updates in the latest update that happened yeseterday and it's also impacting performance to load tables up.

 

So frustrating - I pay for a service in cloud to be available to me 24x7 to work and am unable to do that!

As much as I want to help you, this requires additional information for pulling up your account. With this, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further investigations and providing in-depth troubleshooting. However, they're only available during their operating hours.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.

Having no joy what soever on anything to access other than community today

Having followed all this raised a call with our fibre supplier as well to check (we had done all the elementary checks with our router and everything in house) but noticed another app we couldn't get into.

Turns out they were aware of an issue which they have now resolved. 
I have finally been able to get in.

 

 

One lesson learnt out of this for Intuit?

Would it be possible to pre warn us when updates are being pushed and the usual requirements we have to do to make sure there are no issues our end?
