Hi there, robwillwood.
I'll provide some information about re-authorising your bank connection in QuickBooks Online.
When you re-authorise your account, you'll need to ensure you're the primary account holder.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the account. This refreshes the connection between the bank and the program.
Here's how to disconnect the account:
After that, you can now reconnect the account by selecting the Add account button. For more information, you can check this article: Disconnect Or Delete An Account Connected To Online Banking.
Once done, I suggest editing and categorizing your bank transactions in the For Review tab. It helps you ensure your financial records are accurate. To learn more about this process, visit this article: Categorising Bank Transactions.
In case you noticed you’re not getting the latest transactions, please open this article on how to resolve this: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error. This also provides information on how to fix different banking errors.

Hello Robwillwood,
Welcome to the Community page,
is it showing you any error codes or messages when you try and reconnect the accounts?
There are no error messages, it just says that due to Open Banking regs in UK we need to reauthorise every 90 days. However, when we do it does not work. All other bank accounts (all with same provider and accessed through same online process work fine
