Hi,
I am trying to move my Quickbooks Desktop Premier Accountant 2015 to a new Computer. It is a customer owned version of the software. I realize that support for this product is discontinued but it states on website the discontinued support does not apply to activation services.
I need to get a validation code so file will work on new computer but cant find anyone in support or on phone to help me with this Request. The validation fails each time at online registration failed to finish, please call for validation code. The number is an automated message so I cant get a validation code. I have tried online chat, online telephone support and don't seem to be getting through to the correct dept to get help.!

My name is actually Morgan also :) . I tried the link you gave me but they are in the USA and cant help.
I have tried UK Telephone support also but they were for online only.
I have also tried Ireland support by chat but they say I need UK support to help me.
Could you provide me with an email address or telephone number (not Freephone number) for someone in UK support who can provide me with this validation code ?
I am not having much joy for what seems like a simple issue!!

Since QuickBooks Desktop has been discontinued and direct support from the desktop team is no longer available, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can assist you in obtaining the activation code you need.
