I have just wasted an hour being bounced from chat session to chat session - as each one turns out to be the wrong one and just gives me a new link which again is the wrong one. I have now wasted my time on 4 chat sessions.

I need to contact Intuit UK themselves about a problem with my account registration and monthly Intuit billing (of my software licence fee)

Since the option to reach out with our representative isn't available when you access the page, I’d recommend updating your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to the latest release. This way, you have uninterrupted access to our services.
Here’s how:
You’ll want to close and reopen your QBDT account right after the process. Then select Yes to install the updates.
Once done, try to contact our QBDT support. Keep in mind some options are only available at certain times. It would be best to contact them around 10 AM to 4 PM for immediate assistance.
Our QuickBooks Support site contains several tips and resources to help manage your business. Just make sure to select QBDT in the Product list.
We’ll be here anytime to help. Just leave us a message if you have other concerns besides contacting our Desktop support. Always take care!

You can get in touch with our customer care support through chat or phone. I know you've contacted us already. However, they have the appropriate tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment. They can also check your monthly billing issue. Here's how:

I have been through these screens already - I end up at https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact and then get stuck.
There is no way to get a call back .... or an online chat for Desktop support.
Every online chat I have got has been to only the QB Online support, not to QB Desktop, and as I have already pointed out, the QB Online people refuse to help me. They keep giving me links which route me back to yet another chat with QB Online ...... so I am getting very annoyed that because I am a QB Desktop user I cannot got support online.
Maybe there is one hidden away somewhere in a logic path through the various pages in the Intuit web site - but I have not found one ..... not even when following your instructions.

Have you tried to contact Axonware? It seems they are their official partner for QBD UK version.

Of course, if I wanted to update QB Desktop that would be great, but the issue with the previous reply was not with QB Desktop, but with the support web site.
Unless I have a problem with using the software, then I have no category through which to proceed, since the web side is geared only for contacting Intuit about problems with QB - not about registration account problems with Intuit themselves.

Also, whenever I did follow a link to online chat I it was ALWAYS for QB Online and they refuse to help people with QB Desktop.

Never heard of Axonware and have no interest in speaking to anyone other than Inuit.
Another thing that is annoying me, is that whenever I reply to anyone, it marks "Solved" against the post I am replying to .... NO ... my problem is not solved !
Hello S400, can you please ring the Desktop support line on 0808 168 9535 and they will be able to have a look into your problem with your registration/monthly billing for you.

Hello Barryduplooy, thanks for posting on this thread, if you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and provide the agent on the phone with your license number and any other details they need, they can raise this up and get you the activation code you need for your account. The line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile.
