Hi Christine, we are fully of aware of the issue of with the co-op bank, not being able to connect to it, our banking team are working on getting it resolved for our customers, in the meantime, please csv your transaction in until the issue is fully resolved.

Hello AnneRobotReg, are you seeing any error codes showing up at all as well and if so what number code is it thanks.
No one ever contacts you when you add yourself to this list. This problem has been going on for a long time. Can someone explain what the problem is instead of being evasive and redirecting your paying customers in circles or tell us that we need to either change from Intuit or change our bank because you dont seem to be able to fix this?
