When you record transactions in QuickBooks Online, our system automatically backs your data up. If no information is displayed after you log in to your mobile app, you'll want to try opening your QuickBooks account in your phone's browser.
Once logged on, check if you see the information. If the data is available, then you can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.
Otherwise, check the user ID linked to your account by clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password in the Sign In page. You will receive an email containing all the user IDs attached to the email address if you have multiple QuickBooks Online account.
