Let’s work together to troubleshoot the issue with accessing your last year’s tax summary in QuickBooks Self-Employed, Sarah.

To start, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This can help eliminate any temporary data that might be affecting the performance of QuickBooks Self-Employed. Once cleared, restart your browser and access the tax summary.

If the issue persists, consider switching to a different browser to help identify the problem.

If you have further questions, feel free to add a reply.

Hi, I have cleared cookies and tried a different browser and have the same issue - the box listing different tax years on the Taxes page has a list so long that I cannot click on 2024-2025 as it is off the page. I will have to switch to another accounting system if this cannot be fixed as I cannot do my tax return
