I don't understand the question. I am on an the Quickbooks forum and I said I had the online product, I don't understand what other information you need.

Once you're the account's master admin, you can easily remove the accountant user from your company. Then, there's no need to transfer the license or account if you're the admin.
Here's how to remove an accountant:
You'll receive an email confirmation once it's successfully removed.
Though, if your accountant is set up as the master admin, you'll have to let them transfer the role. You can provide this article for the steps: How to transfer the role of Master Administrator.

No, she is the master, that is why I said it's her license and I would like to transfer it to me. She doesn't know how to do it either. I would like to continue to pay for my subscription but directly to QB not her. She said she has a bundle license. Sorry I forgot to mention the bundle license before.
I have only used QB online for a year so I am not familiar with what I need to say to be helpful, I am really sorry.

The accountant will have to transfer the Master Admin to you, you have to be a company admin user to enable the MA to be transferred to you: The accountant will have to access your account from within their accountant profile, select the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, select manage users, your name will be listed and there will be a drop down menu to the right, select the drop down arrow and select transfer Master Admin.
Your accountant will then have to remove your company from their Wholesale Billing, as you have stated they are using one of their licenses. To do this they will have to go to the dashboard/homepage of their accountant profile, select the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, select Your Account, your company will be listed and there will be a drop down menu to the right of Select Action, select the drop down arrow and select Transfer billing to client.
You will then have to access/login to your account and enter billing details, you should receive a prompt/link to enable you to do this as soon as you login.

So how does this work if the licence is being transferred from one accountant to a new accountant. (ie if the client is changing accountant?)
Hey CGH Accountants,
The client would then invite the new accountant by going to Manage Users > Accounting Firms within their account.
Once the accountant has accepted the invite they can then move the client onto their billing within their QuickBooks Accountants portal and going to the Gear icon > Your Account > Your Subscriptions and selecting 'Add existing clients'. Any clients on self billing eligible to be moved will be displayed here.
