Yes, we put an important warning at the top of the QuickBooks Support page for Brazil stating that we'll discontinue our QuickBooks products in that region by April 2023.
In addition, we no longer include Brazil in our list of supported countries to prevent having new subscriptions.

We are in Brazil, but our licenses are paid in the UK.
The notice does not specify whether the discontinuation will apply only to licenses acquired and paid for in the Brazilian base or if it will apply to licenses acquired for Brazilian companies, but in the UK base.

We'll be happy to help you with anything else related to QuickBooks. We're informing all QuickBooks subscribers in the Brazil region that we discontinued the software on April 30, 2023. This is done to give them time to get their data and to create expectations for our software's accessibility.
You may have subscribed to QBO-Brazil that's why you received a notification about the discontinuation notice. If your account is based in the United Kingdom (UK) and used in Brazil, you shouldn't receive any message since the UK region isn't affected by these changes.
Ignore the message if you're sure that your account is in the UK, If it's in Brazil, you'll have the option to open a new account and then export your list and other data to the new one.

It is very likely that your company in Brazil uses QBO Brazilian version instead of UK version. That's why you received that notification email even though your UK company paid the subscription fee. I also hare replied to your post in Brazil Community.

But is also possible to access using https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/login/, because when we click on "Continue to sign in" the page takes us for same website https://accounts.intuit.com/app/sign-in.

Hi Gabriela, if you log into the UK version sign in then yes your accounts will not be discontinued even though your in brazil as it will be a UK account which is not being discontinued,
