Is anything appearing on the screen when you select Taxes? It may be a browser related issue, we appreciate you have tried using two different browsers, we would be grateful if you can use chrome, clear your cache and cookies, login and attempt to access the Taxes section
Hello Angelo, Can we ask you to clear the cache and cookies( making sure in the date range to select all time)- on Chrome and then close and re-open the browser and go back to the taxes screen it should then load(the thread you added to is of 2019, there are no current issues with that section) Any problems at all just reply here and we'll investigate
I have cleared the cache and cookies on Chrome as documented, and still have the same problem.
The page did work on Edge, so I was able to submit a return. However, Chrome is my preferred browser.
