Hello Scott, so the RBS is available to connect to in Quickbooks as you can see from this list here what is happening exactly when you try and connect your bank up in Quickbooks?
Are you getting any error codes or messages showing up?
I have been through my RBS account, logged in, chose the accounts I want, it's seems to accept and then goes to the page that I have sent you if you look at the screenshot
Can I just get a refund please, I have now cancelled my subscription and it's not worth the hassle. I have tried and tried and tried and still nothing. It should be an easy link as I have done it before with other apps.

Your website is terrible and it keeps having one option to ask the community. Your app is even worse. Honestly, it is the least user friendly website and app that I have ever used. I just wanted help how to connect my bank (which should be an easy connection) after hours of a few back and forths, still nothing. I love the idea of your website and I would still use it if I could. It is impossible to get your money back. There is no "talk to human" or "let's chat".
This is not the kind of support we want you to have, sales-screenandt.
