Why have most of the features disappeared off my QuickBooks

Let's start by ensuring that your user role has the necessary permissions to access these areas in QuickBooks. It's important to note that only the primary admin or users with the right permissions can manage user profiles in QBO. If you don't have the permission to see this information, I highly recommend reaching out to your primary admin and following the steps below to manage user access.

 

Here's how:

  3. Check your user role, and click Edit to view all permissions and make any necessary edits. image (8).png
