I'm here to help you connect your credit card account, Fay-sharland.

There are a few reasons why you're unable to find or connect your account:

  • The credit card account has multiple names on the list.
  • It doesn't connect to all types of accounts.
  • The credit card account is not a participating institution.

We have a few things to try so you can connect your credit card account. First, let's ensure the spelling is correct and use verify specific names to search for the account. Then, you can enter the account's URL into the Enter your bank name or URL field.

Also, you can try other listed version of the credit card's name.

However, if nothing still comes up, the credit card account may not be supported yet. You'll have to send a request. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Add account, then search the account name.
  4. Select Request support for your bank.

You may refer to this article for more information: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

In the meantime, you can import bank transactions manually through WebConnect or Excel CSV files
