After a year or working fine QB is now unable to connect to my Monzo account. I've checked with Monzo and the issue is on the QB side. Any suggestions?

I've reinstalled the app and tried reconnecting the account. Nothing works.

Let's connect your Monzo account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Scott. I appreciate your patience as we troubleshoot this issue.

 

Beforehand, may I know if you received an error message when connecting your Monzo account to QBO? Any information or screenshots added will help us resolve the problem.

 

In the meantime,  let's refresh the app to resolve data issues by following the steps below for your phone's operating system.

 

For the IOS version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

 

In the meantime, you can access your account in a web browser and connect your Monzo account from there.

Thanks, but none of that worked. I can see transaction history via the browser, but it's missing the last three days. The app doesn't work at all anymore, when I try and refresh bank details it's just hangs.

Since the issue persists despite your efforts to address your concern, I recommend contacting our customer support team to report it. With their tools and expertise, they can further examine this matter to determine what prevents you from connecting QuickBooks Online (QBO) to your Monzo account and identify the most appropriate resolution or workaround. They can also raise a ticket for investigation if necessary.

 

Here's how to reach our support through your device browser:

 

  1. Access your QBO account through your device browser.
  2. Click (?) Help, then choose either the Assistant or Search tab to get started
  • If you pick the Assistant tab, select Contact a human.
  • If you pick the Search tab, enter your inquiry and select Contact Us. Then, choose a way to connect with the right expert.

 

In the meantime, you can manually import your missing transactions so you can keep track of them accordingly.
